This is one of several stable curly mints in the collection. The leaves of this variety are short and wide and very curled with serrations that are shallow and less curled than cultivar 3. They are non-petiolate. The flowers are pink in spicate inflorescences. Flowers readily. The scent is weak spearmint.

Leaves look quite like firm lettuce leaves.
